The I International Congress “Transversal Tourism & Landscape” is an interdisciplinary meeting to discuss the role of landscape in the configuration, development and rehabilitation of touristic spaces.

The conference will run through the 8th , 9th  and 10th of February  2018 in Málaga (Spain).

Participants

The Congress is aimed at researchers dedicated to the study, analysis, design or rehabilitation of tourism and landscape: architects, economists, geographers, landscapists, sociologists or urban planners interested in the spatial dimension of the tourist phenomenon, either as a point of departure or space to be colonized, a territory for the creation or for the interpretation of tourism or a place for the revitalization or reuse of the tourist space. In short, to those who believe the landscape can be an instrument to understand, regenerate and renew the tourist space and a central element in the debate on the future of tourism.
